All our products are print-on-demand items. This means each product is made specifically after you place an order.

Because of this:

  • Slight variations in color, size, or print placement may occur

  • Product mockups are for representation purposes only

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (₹).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (unless explicitly mentioned)

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after processing has started

5. Shipping Policy

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days

  • Delays may occur due to high demand, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

6. Return & Refund Policy

Since all products are made-to-order, we maintain a strict no return policy, except in the following cases:

Eligible cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective product

Conditions:

  • You must provide proof (images/video) within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

If approved:

  • Replacement will be provided (preferred)

  • Refund may be issued only if replacement is not possible

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Size issues

  • Color expectations

  • Change of mind
