Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Since our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), processing may take slightly longer during high demand periods.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

Total estimated delivery time: 7–16 business days (including processing time)


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email or WhatsApp within 2–4 days.

You can use this to track your order in real-time.


Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier issues

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Vexora Wear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is not accepted or cannot be delivered and is returned to us:

  • We do not provide refunds for such orders

  • Re-shipping will require additional charges
