We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, design placement, or size may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • All orders must be paid in advance (we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if it appears fraudulent or suspicious.

  • In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued. 

SECTION 4 – ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Customers may be required to confirm their order via WhatsApp or other communication.

  • Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on location.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products.

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • No returns for size issues or change of mind.
